AI developers are licensing internal records from established companies to train their models. Process manuals, help desk history, CRM notes, project archives, QA logs and team chat all qualify. It is a license, so you keep your data and keep using it. Interested in selling? See if your business fits the program in under a minute.

Mask personal details in emails, chat logs, tickets and documents before you share them.
Need to share a support conversation with a vendor, paste a customer email into an AI chatbot or publish a real example in a case study? Strip out the personal details first. This tool finds and masks them for you. Paste your text, tick the kinds of data to hide and choose a masking style. It detects email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers (checked with the Luhn formula), IP addresses, links, street addresses, dates, ZIP codes and common first names, plus any custom words you add, such as client or product names. Numbered tokens keep the same person consistent throughout the text, and a private key table lets you reverse it later. All processing happens in your browser.
| Token | Original value |
|---|
Labels such as [EMAIL] are best when the reader does not need to follow who is who. Numbered tokens such as [PERSON_2] keep conversations readable. Blocks are best for documents that will be printed or shown on screen.
Removing names is not always enough. Job titles, unique events and small details such as "our only office in Boise" can point to one person. Read the output and rewrite anything that gives the identity away.
Companies that license internal data to AI developers have it anonymized first. Running a few samples through this tool shows you what personal information sits in your records and how much work cleaning it would take.
Paste the text above, select the data types to find and click Redact. Each match is swapped for a label, a numbered token or a block. Review the result before sharing, since automatic tools can miss unusual names or context clues.
Anonymized data cannot be linked back to a person. Pseudonymized data replaces identifiers with tokens but can be reversed with a key. Numbered tokens in this tool are pseudonymization; delete the key table to move closer to anonymization.
Yes. The text is processed by JavaScript in your own browser and is never sent to a server. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
Name detection uses a list of common English first names and titles like Mr. and Dr. Rare names, nicknames and company names may be missed. Add them in the custom words box to mask them every time.
Before sharing records with vendors, consultants, auditors or AI tools, before publishing examples and before licensing datasets. It reduces privacy risk under laws like GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA.
